I've always been a huge fan of both.

Can't say I've seen much of Borini. Heard a few decent things, heard he has a good attitude and makes up for his limits with work rate. Sounds like a certain blonde that's just left.

Borini's a great signing. Excellent movement, pacey and very clinical. Really excited by this transfer.

Somebody on RAWK posted a link to a Roma forum, and most of there fans are vry disappointed with Roma for letting him go. They thought he could of been the next big thing in Italy.

I wonder what the FA are thinking as they wait for the JT verdict.

IF he's found guilty he will surely appeal. He would have nothing to lose apart from a few quid in legal fees that he can easily afford. Would the FA take immediate action or wait for the appeal verdict?

IF he's found not guilty do they let the matter drop? He would have been cleared in a court of law. But then Suarez was equally innocent in the eyes of the law but was found guilty by the FA applying the lower burden of proof, "balance of probabilities". If JT is found not guilty and the FA take no further action, Suarez would probably wish that a few lip readers had complained to the police about his incident and taken his chances in court.

Regardless of the outcome could the FA take action against both Terry and Ferdinand for bringing the game into disrepute?

The FA are saying they will now launch an investigation on the matter. Having been found not guilty in a court of law, surely that is sufficient investigation? Millions will have been spent bringing this case to court and there is no need for a further investigation. We simply don't need another 3-4 months of accusations, denials, smear campaigns and hype about the matter.

John Terry should also let it drop. This case is very similar to the Suarez incident (But less severe because it was a mutual disagreement rather than an attempt from one player to bully/belittle another) and he should show the class Suarez and Liverpool failed to do and not gloat about the verdict. That case would have been over in a couple of weeks had Liverpool not acted in such an ignorant and offensive way throughout the months and months it rumbled on for. Terry should accept the verdict humbly, apologise to Ferdinand unspecifically for his role in the disagreement and move on.

Ferdinand should also have the grace to move on now. The facts are out there and it's been dealt with in court. No need to drag it on further by slinging more accusations out in the media over the coming weeks.
