| Well I think this guest host gimmick is really wearing thin now. It was an interesting idea to start with. A way to differentiate Raw and SD and to get the occasional ratings spike depending on who they got. But a lot of the "celebrities" were c-list at best and they were rarely able to help carry the story lines that someone in that role is supposed to be doing.

Totally agree mate. From what I've seen and read it's usually been ex-wrestling stars/personalities who've been any success at it e.g. Dibiase and Ventura.

| Hey Lister, don't suppose you've heard anything about a TNA entrance theme CD coming out soon (like the ones WWE do on a regular basis) have you?

| Just finished watching this week's Impact, enjoyable episode overall, and definitely more interesting and varied as an overall entertainment show then Raw from the same night.
Felt gutted for Tara losing her belt though (Even more so that it wasn't her who did a striptease ).

They've released 5 so far over the years the last one was Emergence released on November 12th 2009. And yes it does contain Tara's theme.

Rightly so IMO. From what I can make of it, they used it to get him over as some sort of monster, then never made reference to it again. No replay, nothing.

That's probably debatable.
But he could have fantastic matches with the right people.

Oh get in! Thanks mate. Have to be buying that, love some of the other themes as well though e.g. The Pope's is class. Cheers again.

the only guy who was not an ex-wrestler to provide an entertaining show was bob barker (think that was his name, old fella who was a game show host?) but that's mainly because he's a proffesional show man and knows how to keep a show going and the audience into it

| what was the deal with jack swaggers match on smackdown? my brother said the ref was wearing gloves and there was something about swagger bleeding and the match been stopped whilst it was cleaned up. was this purely a storyline or has swagger got some kind of blood condition and there was a particular risk that he would bleed?

It's the refs "thing" now in the WWE, but not all of them do it they're going down the route of boxing/MMA and having the refs in gloves to check the legit accidental blood injuries. Unless Swagger has a condition on top of that, I don't know

| just watched the start of impact, ing meself laughing at flair trying to move in that wheelchair.
Amusement only surpassed by RVD and hardy trying to hit the ring to make the save via the crowd, walking down the stairs with two of america's finest wandering about not paying attention to the show and not realising the talent is trying to get past.

From what I've read, Undertaker has invested his money wisely over the years and is a very wealthy man. So is Sting (not the singer) apparantly.
