Having seen them both at Bradford I'm guessing she got the footballing talent in the family?

| I love FM11!
Started out at Saints. 1st season got them up via the 2nd Auto promo spot with the likes of Jay DeMerit signing on a free, Charlie Austin for £1m and Frank Fielding on loan. Recruited fairly well in the off season with people like Eddie Johnson & Mido signing on frees, got Fielding for £1m and Stephen Darby for £400k and finished 11th in my first season in the Championship.

Go on the offer screen and there is an option top right to tell the board how desperate you want to sign him etc.
Started my second season at Pompey with a 1-1 draw at Hull, 2-0 win at Torquay in the cup and a 1-0 loss to Millwall after being down to 10 men for an hour (almost snatched a point too)

Expected drivel?
Anyway, the way I did it is by asking the Assistant for a team report. Being Everton he's then come back and told me I need a right midfielder as the midfield is weak. Then after that there is a button when you got to a relevant player like Donovan saying 'board interaction'. You can then have a conversation with the Chairman about signing the player.
The board then take over and either sign him for you, tell you they couldn't reach a deal or tell you to stop being silly like they did when I asked them to sign Lionel Messi for me

| Sick of snotty youngsters (mainly re-gens) refusing every loan move they get. Some accept and all is good, but others would rather rot in the u19s or reserves instead of playing first team football somewhere, when they are talented young players. Surely there should be an option in future versions to interact with a player that is refusing loan moves and try to get him to change his mind, explaining why you are trying to send him out on loan.

It's pretty unrealistic too isn't it? I can't say I've ever heard of a youth player refusing a loan move. Perhaps if it's one outside of their geographical comfort zone or if they aren't considered a first team player at the other club possibly, but it should then give you that as their reason.
I've got a regen currently who is 16, his stats are good but his physicals are dreadful, so I wanted to send him on loan to a lower league side to build him up for the rigours of the Premier League. But he's too good for that apparently. Doesn't have a problem with the Assistant Manager putting him on the bench for the Under 19s away to Barrow though. So I tried him in the Premier League and his condition was 48% by half time. I've put him back in the Under 19s now. Daft.

| Got Bristol City promoted to the PL in my first season, winning the playoffs after finishing 5th in the league. I decided that a complete overhaul of the squad was needed, so I decided to go for experience to help the team along. The 7 players that weren't registered were sent out on loan in case I needed them next season. Hernan Crespo, Robert Pires, Robbie Fowler and Marc Van Bommel were all signed on free transfers and I have them all tutoring young players to help them through.
The season started badly, playing United away first game was never going to be easy, and I lost 3-0. Drew my first home game 2-2 against Everton before losing away at Birmingham 4-1 and Chelsea 2-1. Looking like I need a new centre back and goalkeeper since David James is now 41, any ideas for players?

| Just had this crazy game in the PL with Bristol Cityhttps://i225.photobucket.com/albums/dd139/oli30045/12-3.png" >
I'm on the verge of relegation, with just 8 points from 25 games with the team just nowhere near the quality of other teams. David James' injury means I have an 18 year old in goal who has been impressive in some games, obviously not this one though...

Don't really know how it happened, went into the game after a 1-0 loss away at Chelsea and was quite unlucky to lose...

How any manager can lose 12-3 and not have the dignity to resign is beyond me.

Thats the spirit.
I've got a big decision in my game. I've had another mega successful season with Everton, now winning the league easily. I'm not going to update my game ever as I feel the next update will kill off the 4-1-2-3 formation which is nigh on unbeatable on FM11. Also, my team talk strategy is pretty much a cheat which they'll no doubt remove (Just saying you have faith for every teamtalk works wonders).
So after strolling to another success I wondering if I should go somewhere else. Like signing for a lower league Italian side or bringing someone like Southport up. Hmmm...
