| Quote Sheddy="Sheddy"Yeah, course he is.
The Klitschko brothers wont have fought anyone like David Haye before and I bet neither will be particularly looking forward to it either.
I thought it was a great way to throw his name onto the table for a potential world title fight in June. I personally think it is to early for that and someone like Rahman would be a better option first, rather than going straight in for the Klitschko brothers but you cant knock his confidence.
David Haye is potentially the best thing to happen to the heavyweight division in a long time and I am genuinely excited by what I saw tonight.'"
The size difference and reach will be way too big an obstacle for him. Also his defence is nowhere near good enough.
There is no doubting Haye's punching power but he leaves himself far too open to be hit back. When you have a glass jaw and youre faced with someone of the reach of a Klitschko, there is very little chance.

I actually felt embarrassed watching his ring "entrance".'"
I thought it was absolutely hilarious.
I felt a bit sorry for him really, but it was his own fault and I just couldn't help but laugh my ass off when I saw him fall over the top rope. I think we all knew for sure at that point, he was going to be a bit of a duff opponent.
As for Haye last night, another exciting performance. He has so much punching power and speed, he'll be a threat for anyone in this division. I think he'll get a World Title shot eventually, but like other he needs to take on another opponent in the division and see how he does.

| Vitali Klitschko is the only decent fighter out there in the Heavyweight division to my knowledge, Wladimir Klitschko isn't it the same class as his brother IMO and is much more fragile and i could see David Haye taking him apart should he succesfully defend his titles against Hasim Rahman...

| Quote EL CAMO="EL CAMO"Vitali is no longer World Champ is he?'"
He is. When he walked away from boxing, the WBC bestowed him with the tag ‘Champion Emeritus’. Meaning when Vitali was ready to fight again, the WBC would immediately make him the next mandatory challenger for the belt. He fought Samuel Peter in Germany recently for the WBC title, and won. Peter retired in the corner.

| Haye would undoubtedly be the underdog especially with Vitali, but with that much dynamite in both hands you couldn't write him off in any fight IMO.

| To be fair Haye caught Barrett pretty similarly in an earlier round.

| I just don't get the fuss with the Klitschkos.
Vitali has spent the last two or three years bleating about a rematch with Lewis while taking time out of the ring and knocking over the occasional bum like Peter.
Wladimir has more of a glass jaw than Haye, it's just that only a relative few have managed to get past his hit and hold tactics long enough to expose it.
Wladimir would be a soft touch for Haye, but the older Vitali gets the quicker and stronger he ain't and I don't think he could live with Haye's hand speed and movement.

Two of the worst heavyweight champions ever imo. If there was anyone half decent out there they would have been knocked out years ago, its a shame Lewis did not have another yera in him to knock them both out.

In an era that brought you Chagaev, the freak show that is Valuev and Chris Byrd, that's a damning indictment.
