Fair play to SKY I say, it's basically Khan keeping in shape before a bigger fight in the summer to me anyway (no disrespect to McCloskey but he's way out of his league here) and I can understand SKY's viewpoint - if they did show such another weak card on PPV after the Haye/Harrison farce who would pay for any future shows?

I normally pay for all the PPV cards but definitely won't for this. Why Khan feels the need to now slag off SKY over a lack of support is beyond me - he should have just accepted that this fight and the whole promotion was a flop, take the coverage from SS3 and put on a performance that would make people want to pay to see him the next time round. Instead he's alienated a whole host of casual watchers and although SKY will probably want to play ball with him again you wouldn't be surprised if they told him to sling it.

The SKY boxing coverage has improved massively since the introduction of Adam Smith as head, and by laying down the law to arguably Britain's best fighter ATM I'm excited by their insistence on a quality overall show no matter who the headliner is. HBO put the same pressure on Khan in the States to fight Maidana as his team didn't want any of him, eventually they saw sense and got down to business. Clearly Khan saw SKY as a softer touch and I'm delighted they have stood up to him too, it can only mean higher quality PPV shows in the future.

What a fantastic card last weekend by the way, Erik Morales was absolutely outstanding and didn't deserve to lose IMO, what a warrior. Katsidis is the same, he lost clearly on the cards although he was dealt with poorly by the ref - a low blow given a deduction with no warning quickly followed by another, not to mention the knock-down he should have got in the 2nd round and the splitting up of the fighters whenever Katsidis got to the inside and was making his body shots count. There is a bit of bias there from me tbh, he's one of my favourite ever fighters and he had my money on his back too.

Complete disgrace! Fair enough if its a nothing fight then OK, maybe the doc / ref need to take into account the boxers health.

However, in a World Championship bout, it should not be stopped unless the boxer / corner says so.

Kahn would have won anyway but that's not the point.
