For the final time. It was pretty obvious his knee buckled. The blow wasn't that major but it forced his knee to take the weight and it was clear to see that the knee buckled. Unsurprisingly Solis has rlsuffered a major knee injuryrl and will be out for the foreseeable future.

I must admit that at the time it looked like he had been struck with a freak injury and so it seems to have been.

IF he had meant to throw the fight, then why did even bother to attempt to beat the count?....That would have made no sense.

Anybody watching his attempt to rise to his feet could see his knee had gone and whilst it was disappointing to see the fight ended prematurely, it was absolutely the right thing to happen as he would have been a punchbag for Vitali on one leg.

Even worse is that the knee was already injured before the fight

One of my favourite ever fighters, Erik Morales is fighting Maidana tonight. I think this will be his last fight, he could get hurt badly.

Amir Khans fight has been switched from PPV to Sky Sports 3 apparently too. Great news!

Morales apparently rolled back the years and took Maidana all the way.....

Even got a draw on 1 card.....Khan's win not so clever now, or simply Morales is a true legend?

I had Morales as the winner. His work was much cleaner and better. He rocked Maidana a few times and all with one eye has his left was pretty swollen shut after 1 round. I don't often jump out of my seat for boxing but Morales is probably the only who could do it!! Maidana caught him with a beauty, Morales just shouted "COME ON" at him. True legend

The Khan fight isn't on Sky at all now. Looks like Sky decided it wasn't a PPV event and team Khan decided to try find someone else. Primetime show a bit of boxing, maybe even ITV will step in..

I thought the Guerrero/Katsides fight that was on before the main event was also a great fight,I wouldn't like to see the state of Katsides' face today after the hits he took last night.It says on sky text that Guerrero hit him with 365 head shots during the 12 rounds.

Morales was superb last night fighting for vitually all the fight with one eye after it was nearly closed in the 1st round.

The under card was decimated with pull outs and non fights so sky decided to offer him a deal for sky sports 3, he's turned it down

Quite a bit of the undercard messed up sadly. Looks like Sky (rightly IMO) decided it was no longer worthy of PPV - figures of 50 sales have been mentioned.. yes, fifty! I reckon Team Khan has had a strop and told Sky they can do better, so Sky have basically said "go on then"
