Palmero would probably get a bigger fee next year aswell if he continues to blossom in Serie A. How highly do you rate him? I think the rumoured fee is 40-50m is that about right, I've not seen much of him, quite a hefty pricetag given his age but he does have the hype of a superstar. |

I was thinking more like €25 million and that was due to PSG being flush. |

He could justify that fee in the future, but he doesn't have enough experience to justify that fee, just like Neymar. For E40m+, you want a player who's played in the CL and has cut it consistently. Of course, Pastore's talent and potential make him a prized asset, but he's only been in Europe for a few years and isn't quite at the top of the pile yet. I'd pay max E30m for him, but he could easily be a top 10 player in the world in the future, so you'd price him accordingly when he gets there. |
