| The quality from Nani for the 1st goal was amazing and the move for Rooney's goal was sublime. Never expected that today, we needed to win but that was special. Nani has actually looked the part in the last few games, shown great control and some end product to his game too.

| 2 cracking goals from Man U this afternoon, Rooney just gets better and better. How bad were Arsenal though, Arshavin especially, had a complete mare. Fabregas was trying too hard and nothing was coming off. Ferguson tactically outsmarted Wenger again.

At each City home match one of the fans gets to choose a playlist - 3 songs to be played at half time. Today's selection included "Its a long way to the top" by AC/DC

With regards to Rafa, I really am mixed on the whole situation. I want him to succeed, I know he loves the club through and through and he puts so much effort in, but another side to me has really questioned his reign after this season. Sometimes, bad form happens, sometimes, teams struggle to replace a key player, but at times this year, they've looked like a bunch of nobodies on the field. They haven't looked like teammates, they haven't looked like they're playing for the shirt or supporters, they've looked lost and part of me blames the manager for that, as it is his job to motivate his players.

| United were quality today. Once again Nani was brilliant. I'm so chuffed Fergie kept him in the starting XI today, he's had 3 games in a row now and he's been one of, if not, our best players in each of them.
I worried to start with when I saw Vidic didn't make it, not even on the bench today, wouldn't be surprised if he's in Madrid on a doctor's table. We completely dominated Arsenal today in what was probably our best performance of the season. But no, Mark Lawrenson (just in case you're reading) the green and gold campaign hasn't stopped.
Walkabout was a great place to be at today. MUST will have made a good bit of money towards the campaign.

Watching the build-up to United games, I notice a few uni-browed gimps wearing a green and gold scarf but a red United shirt underneath. I guess that makes them "partially green and gold until the club is sold". Or maybe like many other United fans they are becoming increasingly aware of the clubs financially perilous position because teh club in teh neighbouring town (Manchester) has a few bob.
To me it looks like a money-making scam.

Both games were definitely our best performances of the season so far. I'm just chuffed that Nani is finally giving performances of the talent that Fergie saw when he bought him. I just hope this is the real Nani and that he can continue to improve and produce performances of this level on a more regular basis.
I don't think it's a coincidence that United's best three performances have come when the green/gold campaign has been in action because it has certainly improved the atmosphere at United games, and the players seem to be thriving on it.

Maybe so. You still get your Glazer apologists out there "cos we have won stuff while he's been here". There's some that refuse to give up the Red, but wear their G+G scarves to show support to the anti-Glazer campaign, not sure why, I've never been one for wearing colours at games.
Quote Enfield Exile="Enfield Exile"To me it looks like a money-making scam.'"
MUST have been selling their scarves at cost price and gave a free scarf to everyone who went to the Chubb Club yesterday. Obviously, you get your street vendors selling them for £7, I can't believe people buy them off these, trying to get rid of one greedy ba$tard by paying another.

Even worse, they could be cuckolds. Or retards who make up stories about their grannies dying when they are live and well.
You call him a racist thug, but even now, on the last day of the transfer window, on the Monday after the story broke, if Man City could buy John Terry then they would.
And the simple fact is, if your wonderful Joey Barton had gone behind JT or Fat Frank's back and screwed their Mrs you'd be partying over it.
JT deserves all the flack he gets over this. He deserves his Mrs taking him to the cleaners, he deserves (in many ways) to lose the captaincy over this. I have no sympathy for what he's done, but the simple, basic fact is that the woman was Bridge's EX girlfriend and Bridge was an EX team mate. It is complicated by the fact that she had Bridge's kid, it is made worse that Bridge was supposedly a close mate of his, but we don't know the stupid nonsense that either of them were doing outside of this so we don't know whether it was an awful betrayal or just another episode in their Foolballers Wives type lives.

I know, fella. But that doesn't mean that the best Kenyan player isn't better than, for example, a 19 year old Brazilian.
Liberia were never in the top 70 yet George Weah (pre-City, of course) was a great player. He would have been refused a permit too. I know it's not the best example, but I think it illustrates my point. The lad has played in Serie A and is being chased by Juve and Inter. I could maybe understand the Home Office's approach if we were signing someone on a free transfer and he was playingh in the Slovakian league, but the lad has been earning rave reviews in Serie A.
