He doesn't help himself by swinging like a pub brawler and forgetting about his footwork and chin every fight.
You can't get away with the above and then hope to take on fighters in the top tier.
I can't see him coming back in a hurry frin the sickening shots he took tonight. He might not come back at all.

And yet, he's still managed to dupe a lot of people into thinking he's world class. BoxRec, for example, has Khan ranked (7th) above boxers such as David Diaz and Michael Katsidis (Prescott is ranked 109th). The WBO ranks him above Juan Diaz and Yuri Romanov for their lightweight belt.
Steve Bunce put the blame on his new coach Rubio for suggesting Prescott as an opponent. Frank Warren isn't daft; he and cotton wool are well aquainted. This Colombian was a relative unknown. Bunce himself wrote today that he was a one round wonder, yet that's all it took tonight. And to think there were those who wanted Khan matched with Katsidis. |

He was slated for saying Khan would end up a nobody and was too similar to Naseem Hamed so I would like an appology from everyone that replied to my post.

I don't know how much they paid Frank Warren for the Khan contract, but i did read that Sky planned to put all his fights on PPV.
They must be slightly gutted that his stock is now that of an undercard fighter on friday fight night.
