| I suppose you think the RFL fix matches as well as the Challenge Cup draw being rigged?

He wasn't complete dog turd, he won Olympic silver in Seoul. He was a good sprinter but he wasn't up to the standard of Ben Johnson and Carl Lewis. Then Johnson got banned, Lewis retired, and Christie was the best in the field. He never held the world record though.
If Roger Federer and Rafa Nadal retired tomorrow, Andy Murray would probably win a few Grand Slams and go to world number 1, thats just what happened to Christie.

| People only remember the winners. It`s only been half hour and can`t remember 2nd and 3rd. In 10 years people will say "Yeah, that great final in 09. Warrington wasn`t it? Recall their fans being awesome. Don`t know who they were playing though"

| He hasn't done it unaided. As his Personal Trainer, I feel I have aided him quite considerably.

| Bolt is simply awesome.
A total freak (in athletic terms).
I've no doubt he can break 19s for the 200m as he's still making mistakes but has real raw speed.
In my 40+ years of watching athletics I've never seen anyone dominate the sprints like him.
Even when Michael Johnson was winning time and time again in the 400's, the likes of Butch Reynolds and co were not too far behind, but to win the 200 by over half second and 5 meters is simply breath-taking.
Sign him for Wire on the wing.
At 6'5'' not many will be able to outjump him, and I'm sure he could tackle a bit !!! (Not too late for the final!)

| His height is the key. Not many at 6'5" can get their legs moving at the pace of smaller sprinters. Put it this way, my team has a player at 6'8". He's not a 'fast' runner, but bloody hell he's hard to catch at full stride simply because each stride covers half the pitch.
A quick google tells me that Bolt takes 40 to 41 strides for the 100m (a 2.5m stride), whereas Walter Dix, the bronze medallist at the Olympics, takes 47 (a 2.1m stride).
Bolt also runs with up to a 114° stride angle, against other sprinters with around 106°. So not only does he have longer legs, a longer stride, take less strides to finish, and run with a bigger stride angle, he can move his legs bloody fast for a big 'un.
What's scary is that his technique in general is awful, and he's a lazy runner (though he did seem to go flat out in the 200m). I wouldn't be surprised to see him smash the 100m further.

| Bolt is just so impressive. For me it's the consistency, nothing fazes him whatsoever. After the Olympics the pressure was on and then he comes out and runs two world records in a week, phenomenal!!
