Funniest thing I've seen at football for years last Monday. You know that Blue Square thing they put across the tunnel at televised games? Young mascot runs towards it, hits it and bounces backwards off it. Hence the look of mirth on the players faces when they ran out.

| First clean sheet for RMI since mid-September in beating Alfreton 1-0 today in front of an encouraging (for us, at least) crowd of 225, a lot better than might have been expected a couple of months ago.

But no it was a free kick apparently to Torquay, with no booking for McGurk so he couldnt of dived. Was mystifying. How close was that header by the Torquay lad headed back to the keeper? Could of been a truly comical equaliser, especially after the 1st OG |
