They have quite a good young nucleus, especially in the talented but moody Andre Blatche who averaged around 20 and 11 since the trade deadline. I was watching Fastbreak last night, and they mentioned Bosh listing his preferred '5', not sure if the Wizards were in there.

I know they can move Arenas to SG, but I was wondering if they'd want to fit them in. Arenas has been a massive problem this year for them, with them getting the number 1 pick and most likely picking Wall, some have speculated they may try and trade Arenas, although I'm pretty sure his salary was a stumbling block.

I'm really rusty with regards to player form and value now, I've not watched the NBA regularly for over 5 years, so hearing about all the possible free agents and possible sign and trades, it seems like this summer will be massive, despite the draft not being the most mouth watering in history.

Some fella was trying to say the Lakers might try for Lebron on a possible sign and trade. I didn't think he was being serious as the Lakers seem to have a really good 'team' vibe working, but he seemed to think it was a realistic prospect if the Lakers would offer Bynum and Artest and/or Gasol.


With regards to last night's game: how good is Rondo?! Orlando have been completely outplayed in all areas. I don't think they had enough from everybody, they've put far too much pressure on Howard and some of their other players have gone missing, especially Lewis.

Rumours saying Dirk Nowitzki is to opt out of his contract and test the FA market. Hmmmm, let me see...

As an NHL fan I have it inbuilt in me to hate the NBA,it's abit like League /union but I watched the last game and amazingly I enjoyed it.I still think you only need to watch the last 2 mins of most basketball games as the 1st 58 mins are usually pretty boring to me
