had lady nouf ew like i said and she was a bitter disappointment, but backed whisper and champion court earlier in the day which more than made up for the small loss on lady nouf. the money in the markets was spot on for both winners.

fancied the fabre horse since the decs were out, typically looked to see what fabre had to say and he basically said the horse was being brought over to see how he likes the good ground, as in frrance they're getting nothing but the crap ground which he already has a couple of wins on. ended up putting myself away from it didnt i, ho hum never mind.

think hughes is gonna repeat his donny tactics and dictate the pace. james doyle reckons dundonnell is much more settled in his work this year, which is interesting as i was working under the assumption he was still keen and thought the race conditions would play into toronado's hands more than dundonnell's, as it has always seemed like dundonnell wants a decent bit of cover and a strong pace to help him settle. toronado has to carry a penalty tomorrow, whereas last time they met off level weights, but he is the one the hughes and hannon team have been raving about.

edit; went with my gut after watching the donny race again - toronado always looked comfortable that day and confirmed it today. serious guineas horse, IMO. olympic glory on saturday could give them another string.

its a bit of an unpredictable horse, incidentally second time its underperformed for geraghty.

only had 10% on tap night in ratio to what i had on olympic glory so not really d in the end

shame tap night couldnt get the double up too as olympic glory won albeit it got abit scary at one point!

yeah, was seemingly the first one under pressure and seemed to be going up and down on the spot for an eternity before slowly hitting top gear. will come on plenty for the run, looked fairly fat before the race.
