sprinter sacre or sanctuaire???????

my bet on sprinter was at evs, he's now generally 4/9. and 10s on the latter with big bucks. very happy with those antepost bets.


was away for the weekend, with my bets being oscars well, sprinter sacre, realt dubh and flemenstar. thankfully the three that won were the decent sized ones to varying degrees, realt dubh only being a few back pocket pound coins.

sprinter looks the real deal.

was in the bookies on friday having a look at the football coupons and blimey richard johnson was brain dead aboard fingal bay. horse jumping awfully to the left, so he takes it to the far side of the fence, giving it the idea to run out.

sprinter scare does look a machine, they tried to test his fitness with sanctuaire blasting off but it didnt make any difference.

richard johnson is garbage, one jockey i never bet on.

just had a few quid ew on hunt ball for the king george at 50/1..

if it came up good to soft he could be involved

got a ticket myself on sizing europe at 8s, hoping the ground is good enough for him because if he runs he will probably be no bigger than 5/1

you sure about soft for hunt ball mate? wasn't knott bemoaning the state of the ground for the paddy power?

good to soft should be ok, cant see it being good ground over xmas! but it was very soft in the paddy power and he said it wouldnt go on it. just thought 50/1 if the ground came up half decent it was a big price.

done zarkander in the hurdle race tomorrow 11/8, has the benefit of a run over the other two rivals and was a very good run too.. big fan of grandouet too but think this will just be a tune up for next time out.

zarkander was a real battler, grandouet ran a stormer though for his first run back, might be closer in march!

oscar whisky is quickly becoming one of my fave horses, a machine, think they will go for the champion hurdle again instead of big bucks... go off from the front and make it a real test, could see him winning it

looks like big bucks may not be running again this season, while al ferof has been confirmed as out for at least 12 months. along with the news sizing europe probably missing the king george.
What a sombre day for me. big buck's will go down as my favourite racehorse flat or jumps of all time and is the only reason i've started doing the aintree thursday now that i live a bit nearer. gutted. i really hope it is a bit of smoke and mirrors and he turns up at cheltenham.
