Not the best start with Broad Cairn dropping away inside the final furlong. They went too slow early and I was surprised that Steve Drowne didn't elect to take it on earlier as the last thing he wanted was the last furlong being a sprint after an early dawdle (Broad Cairn won over a mile last time).
I've put the two bigger priced ones in with the remaining three and gone in with an each-way Lucky 31. |
