I thought he looked leggy after the last and it seemed the 7 pound extra was taking it's toll on him, he was sluggish. Geraghty gave Bobs a fantastic ride, especially coming into the last and he ate into the ground on the run in.

Cue Card looks to need a big field and fast pace. Stays 20f which is always a plus in the Arkle. Just hope he does'nt run in the jinx race- Henry 8th at Sandown.

Excelebration will be trained by Aidan O'Brien next year. Would rather he had stayed with Botti, he trained him for the right races and at least had him fit enough for every race. With O'Brien, however, he sent out a few of his stable stars well undercooked at times last year - he tells punters f*ck all regarding fitness either. 'listen, he/she is a lovely horse and we're hopeful they'll run a nice race' is all he ever says.

Just the one for me today, Manor Court in the bumper at Fos Las. Champion Courts brother who came out of a hot bumper at the Punchestown festival where 5 horses in front of it have all come out and won since. This looks a decent bumper despite only 5 runners with Tim Vaughans Ashes House who ran a fair second on debut last year and a couple of unknowns from Rebecca Curtis and Colin Tizzards yard. Manor Court has been working well at home and gets a nice write up from Keighleys blog this morning. Hes expected to go places and Im hopefull today will be a nice start to its racing over here. 2/1 this morning has gone. although 15/8 widely available. I expect it to go off around 6/4 and run well.

Ladbrokes are NRNB already for the World Hurdle.
