| It's astonishing. He only needs his legs to work to make his contribution. They don't even have to run, just jog three or four steps, and he still can't stay fit.
Still, he can be like the James Dean of Yawnion. He can retire and they can all carry on pretending he was some kind of Superhuman talent, and, if not for his absence, England would have never lost a game.

34439.jpg winning like never before. decoys. mouse traps. chicken wings. lollie pops. shepperds. the crusher. grapples. big league. In 1935 The Dragon Slayers as they were known defeated Canterbury bulldogs 91-6, which is still the biggest win in the Club's History. In 1907, the St George district had a club in the Sydney rugby union competition. Interestingly, the team's area was referred to as the 'Illawarra suburbs'. A resolution to form a St George rugby league club was made at a local meeting held in early 1908, but the movement faltered and collapsed. St George, wearing the district colours of red and white, played in the NSWRL's Third Grade competition in 1910, and formed a President's Cup team in 1911. References were found at the time to district teams being called 'The Saints'.the perfect 11

| After today's trouncing at the hands of the Saffers and the forthcoming pasting by the All Blacks next week, wonder how long it will take the Twickenham regulars long to start questioning the appointment of Martin Johnson

well the final was officially a sell-out, so that would suggest that 1,900 people didn't turn up.
maybe they were folk from other parts of australia, new zealand or further afield who didn't fancy travelling in the worst weather to have hit Queensland in more than a generation.

Getting this thread back on topic, I don't think next weeks result will have any bearing as the All Blacks would be expected to win anyway, unless its by 50 or 60 points. If England have a poor six nations then people will start questioning Johnson's appointment.
changing the subject slightly, one of the highlights of the weekend for me was the Welsh response to the Haka, it certainly got the crowd going. I'll be interested to see whether England do something similar next weekend.
