just watched the celtics/knicks game. knicks were shocking, i will be surprised if the knicks coach still has a job come monday.

Stephon marbury's father passed away whilst he was watching his son play, he was rushed to hospital during the game against the suns. As a team we're improving slowly but still have big issues.

Not a massive NBA fan by any starch of the imagination, but I don’t mind watching odd bits or highlights.

I was wondering if any of you more knowledgeable NBA fans can explain to me why there has not been any NBA on sky yet. I know they usually don’t start their live games until after the super bowl, but I always thought they showed a recorded Friday night game on a Saturday morning all season long.

i thought nobody had the rights to it this year......


aparantley there was a game on channel 5 t'other week but as of yet i've not seen any myself.

I think there is a game on five every Tuesday night.

The Suns were fooking scarey-good last night. There wasn't much defense on display by either side but it's very rare that a team will score 123 points in regular time and still lose by 13.



Very entertaing though. Steve Nash is a just a freak!

I'm suprised NASN haven't picked up the rights if Sky aren't showing it this year.

NASN have the NCAA College Basketball but not the pro's

The have a programme on Wednesday nights called NBA 360 on Five US and show one live game a week on Tuesday nights, or you could watch highlights on NBA.com

ESPN now own NASN, and from next year have world wide rights for the NBA. so considering sky gave up the NBA rights this year even though the contract was signed for them to show it, i think we are pretty certain to see the NBA on NASN next year.

I hope they don't take the NHL off to make way for the NBA.

I'll start checking what teams are playing on Tuesday nights and maybe tape it.........
