Managed to get a bye in both leagues im in.

#1 in RLFans and #2 in my team's league, despite me being on a 4 game losing streak.

I sort of get where your coming from with the thinking that a 16 team league is better but I personally didn't think that much of it. Picking up players was like throwing a dart with a blindfold on. You just have to look at the type of players people had to resort to starting in the hope of them picking up a point. I also thought 4 points for a passing TD was wrong. If it's worth 6 on the ground or to a WR then it should be the same for the QB. Would quite like to see us add PPR to it next season.

That reminds me Ski, a lad called Alex Hodson, who plays for Wolverines youth might be playing for us after Christmas, any idea if he's any good.

Got a lot of players who all play BUAFL Div 2 Central, already have guys from Chester, Shropshire, Staffs and Sheffield.

Nope, as I live in Chesterfield. Looking at training with Nottingham, Doncaster or Sheffield in the summer. One of the first 2 would be better as they're much better teams, though i'd get more playing time with Sheffield, and a chance to hit my own head coach.

Thursday I would doubt because its not just a few hours difference its 3 days and its too short notice for fans and suchlike and lets be honest they are not going to change the Christmas day game are they!!

It`s their last home game of the season anyway I think, so they were never going to rush to get their own stadium fixed in time(if it was possible anyway). If theres no season next year theres even less chance they will fix the roof because they need a new stadium with the lease on the metrodome ending at the end of 2011.

Flynn is being prepared to start in NE. Rodgers doesn't even have shot at practice until Saturday.

I think we are in for a humping, which is a shame given this should have been a real statement game for us.

Been away a bit, Is Rodgers just done for the pats game or further down the line? Might aswell chuck my money away if hes gone.
