Unless your telling me that you don't have the players to field a reserve/youth side? In which case i would be very worried about the long term future of your club'"
How many Conference sides have a reserve team....off the top of my head I would guess well under 10 and at Blue Square North and South Level probably similar across the 2 leagues.
Not necessarily good long term but that's the way most teams at that level work. |

I didn't mean like a formal reserve team. We officially don't have one but we play behind close doors "reserve" friendlies with fringe players and youth players. |

Our reserve league last season was a joke last season, think we went 2 months without a fixture at one point which defeats the point of the whole thing. Unless Fax have over invested in their first team then they must surely have a youth setup and at least 19-20 players on the books. Looks like nothing can be done about the most of the comps with this 7 player rule. |

we have about 17 players.
not enough to run a reserve side, we have unibond league cup matchas and west riding cup matches we can give run outs to these players not getting much game time.
also just like to say i just got back from Harrogate from the league match played awful most of game but found a way to win, its like they say if you can win without playing well then you are a good team.

yeah he was at Harrogate on monday, a few people said they saw him there doing some scouting on us before the game.
will be a tough game against them but like i said we can beat them if we are as commited and play as well as we can.

we didnt really play well though, so he might have got the wrong idea about what we are about.
it wasnt our game to move for some reason Harrogate Railway play most of there home games on a monday night dont really know why but they do.

Yeah Worcester and Sutton Coldfield in the Midlands always play on Monday nights and now both let other teams groundshare I guess it has it's advantages. |

Wouldn't be so sure, Rossendale are a pretty tricky side to play against, despite their league position. We got out of jail with two penalties in the last six minutes to beat Clitheroe 2-1 away from home last night.

yeah and when Halifax were on a 7 game winning run last season. Rossendale were the team to end that.
