Felt this was my weakest day antpost on paper so hopeful for the rest of the week and have put a dent in the outlay at least

Excellent stuff mate, very well done!
Secondly...In response to Dave Lister earlier regarding the ride on Dunguib...I agree with Gaz in that is was a poor and inexperienced effort from Brian O'Connell. He had too much confidence and was in a poor position and held on for too long. Menorah and GMOOH kicked for home at a point in the race where a lot of horses make a move at Cheltenham. O' Connell himself made a move at exactly the same point in the bumper last year and very quickly put the race to bed putting about 3-4 lengths between himself and the favourite and then running on strongly up the hill.
When the front 2 made the move O' Connell was in an awful position about 8 horses wide and IMO lost many lengths at that point. For a split second he seemed to start pushing but then got back on the bridle and IMO that was an error of judgement. He should have been in a better position at that point and I put that down to inexperience.
What has been a disastrous day for all my ante-post bets with Dunguib being sunk, was an absolute shocker all round, but just managed to get a bit back with Lacdoudal getting a place and Quevega winning the finale.
Tomorrow will hopefully be another day and a bit more succsesful!

| Thank you kindly, gentlemen.
I had 4 of my 6 picks in an e/w Lucky 15 - Menorah, Zaynar, Chief Dan George and sadly Kangaroo Court, not Carole's Legacy. Still, can't complain - that's the betting bank for the rest of the week and then some sorted.
I expect however that today has used up all my luck...and tomorrow, as we all know, is another day.

| Very well done Wothing Wire,
Just watched them all after avoiding the results during the day. Could hardly contain my excitement after pushing the kids off the telly.
Dissapointing ride on Dunguib i'd agree. Game himself far too much to do.
Amazing performance by Binocular.
And Quevega saves the day.... shame Ogee couldn't manage to pull through as well.
Better luck tomorrow

AAAARGH!!! So bloody frustrating. 4 2nds to start with, Garde Champetre a huge msitake when travelling pretty well and then a decent win with Quevega. Luckily I topped my Quevega bet up at 430 and I'm glad I did. It was a risk as it was either go hard or go home at that point! On to tomorrow.
130 Abbeybraney and Fabalu EW
205 Rite of Passage WIN
240 Punchestowns WIN
320 Master Minded WIN Big Zeb EW
400 Shadow Dancer and On Raglan Road EW

| I'll stick my head above the parapet again here with my picks for Weds, though I would suggest laying them all after my good fortune today
I think Weds looks like the trickiest day of the whole meeting, but here goes anyway (all e/w):
1:30 PETTIFOUR
2:05 REVE DI SIVOLA
2:40 BURTON PORT
3:20 KALAHARI KING
4:00 LAKE LEGEND
4:40 STORMY WEATHER
5:15 HIDDEN UNIVERSE
Good luck all!
