Breaking the 4th wall is a stage thing. In a play you have 3 sides of a stage and the 4th wall is the audience. Breaking the 4th wall is breaking from the story, or breaking kayfabe to interact with the audience directly with (in this case) people at home.

Well they've made it clear that it's a work for a start, e.g. by putting the video on their homepage - if Punk did go into business for himself then this wouldn't be the case. It's nit-picking, but it would have been nice if they'd gone all out to convince everyone that it was a shoot.
