| Roy Williams (Safety) could be getting cut, I wouldn't be amazed to see the Raiders go for him.
Kendall Simmons is gone from the Steelers too.

| Free agency has started and what a suprise, the Redskins are first up again as usual overpaying for a player after giving Deangelo Hall a 6 year $54 million contract.Kurt Warner didn't agree a deal with the Cards so i'm hoping the Bears make a move for him.

Snyder has money to burn that's why they pay over the odds because agents know they'll get whatever they want.

| So let me see...
DeAngelo Hall - traded out of Atlanta as a locker room cancer, let go by the Raiders as a locker room cancer and massive underperformer, now lands himself a massive deal at another big name franchise after managing to keep his nose clean for a couple of months last year.
Good cover corner, awful human being and I'd put odds on him not being in Washington more than a couple of years either.

| Washington Redskins have signed Tennessee Titans FA Albert Haynesworth on a 7 year deal worth $100 million. $41 million is guaranteed. He will earn, in the first 13 months, $32 million !!!!
Daniel Snyder has very deep pockets.

Alot of people salivate over Hall, frankly i've never thought he lives up to the hype. He is decent though. He is the Chad Johnson of CB's. I'd rather have somebody with less talent who puts 110% than people like Hall.
Al Harris supposedly getting cut. Going to be interesting to see who we go after in general. Rumours about us getting a FA LB from Atlanta (can't remeber the name?). I wouldn't mind somebody like Derrick Brooks either for a season or two.

More likely Michael Boley, who's also UFA although we're hopefully of re-signing both Brooking and Boley.
Boley would be the much bigger loss, Brooking is starting to lose a step and is likely to get replaced probably by Stephen Nicholas in the next year or two.

Thats the guy, Boley.
To be honest i've never really noticed him or know enough about him to decide whether he'll fit in our 3-4.

He was always completely misused by their defensive co-ordinator. They signed a read and re-act corner and asked him to play bump and run. His play after moving to the Redskins was solid.
He's a home town boy with the Skins and his deal is less than the Raiders paid him less than a year ago.

There's a lot of people don't like Snyder but he certainly knows how to get his man.

I didn't read Schefter's blog about the Buccaneers and Haynesworth but he obviously feels the Redskins are nearer to reaching the big game than the Buccaneers are.

| Kellen Winslow has been traded by the Browns to the Buccaneers.
Looks like Ray Lewis is leaving the Ravens too.

| Winslow is a surprise move certainly, if Rogers goes too, then it makes it a big rebuilding year for the Browns.
Chris Baker & Fred Taylor are now Patriots.
Bart Scott is apparantly a Jet.
