I don't think any boss would be too chuffed if a member of staff they had just made a huge investment in took a 9 month hiatus after a month's work.
If it was planned its not very professional and terrible news for the WWE as Kharma was looking to be a huge boost to the women's division and the company in general.

Hmm, well most moral companies would never dare to fire a woman for becoming pregnant, but WWE did release a pregnant Dawn Marie a few years back (though of course they would claim it was for another reason).
How did they excuse Kharma from TV storyline-wise? |

I had thought it was going to lead into some sort of angle about her being bullied by prettier girls at school, which is what has been hinted at since she debuted. If it's to allow her to leave due to pregnancy, then that's a really stupid move on her part. Barely anyone will remember her character by the time she returns, and it will be extremely difficult for them to explain such a long absence. I wouldn't be surprised if she was released TBH. |
