Think Barça are using their brains here by getting Zlatan in for Eto'o (swap talk has come out in the last half hour).
He's out of contract next season and €15m was mentioned.
How much would Zlatan cost on the open market?

| if barca are trying to to sign ibrihimovic then i would see that as a sign barca are resigned to losing eto'o to city.
havent zseen anything from ibrihimovic to see why barca would want him only saw him the two times when he played man utd but he looked out of his class when playing utd. might do good in spanish league though you never know.

| For those that watch European football on a regular basis, what is your opinion on Benzema?
I've only seen him a few times and he has looked fairly decent, but not seen enough to decide whether or not he'd make it in England.

Completely different styles for me. Eto'o is a far more in the box forward who isn't that clever with his head.
I wouldn't be surprised to see Guardiola use Bojan more in that role next year.

The rumours were linking him with a season long loan to Almeria. The president promised he'd get plenty of game time down there.
However as recently as this week Guardiola has said he wants the little lad at the Camp Nou and that he'll play a more prominent role next season.

he might do if eto-o goes to city and ibrihimovic doesnt go to barca but if they sign ibrihimovic i cant see Bojan fitting into a attack that will include Henry Messi and Ibrihimovic.

Overrated, but good. He's like Anelka I think. Quick, strong, double footed, can play up top on his own. Seems to have something special about him, can score a goal out of nothing, but still, the ligue 1 defences are hardly great, some of the fees rumoured are ridiculous.

| Paper reports seem to think Liverpool are up sh*t creek.
Why the hell did we sell up to these American wan*ers!! In a summer where we really needed to kick on and improve our first 11. It looks like we've missed out of Silva, Glen Johnson, Barry, Lavezzi and Tevez!
Instead we're switching our intentions to Sylvain Distin and Tuncay!! Welldone Hicks and Gillett you absolute American bast*rds!

although i cant see why you would want distin he always has one huge mistake in him and he never really fills you with confidence.
tuncay though is actually not a bad player he just needs some good players around him.

It does make those Liverpool fans who welcomed them with open arms and fell for all of their new stadium guff look a bit foolish, doesn't it?
There but for the grace of God go United, especially if the Glazer's hadn't refinanced Red Football's loans when they did (which was just before the banking system imploded).
What makes United's position amazing is that, had they beaten Barca (and arguably without having done so), we've have just had the most successful 3 year period in the clubs history and have just secured (another) world record kit sponsorship deal. The Glazers would have been the perfect owners if you ignore the little matter of crippling debts...
