I will not support the Cardinals against the Phillies. However I thought it was interesting that the Phillies were the only team still in hunt rlout of the top nine payrolls in baseballrl (Detroit and St Louis are 10th and 11th). I'm up for a Brewers-Tigers series but can see it being Rangers-Phillies which should still be exciting.

Looks like the NL Central is the NL powerhouse division. I have to cheer on the Brewers tonight and with their team likely to be broken up next year this is probably their only chance in the next decade. Let the reward be worth the risk.

3-2 up against the Tigers now. We had a huge chance yesterday in the 6th inning, bases loaded but grounded into a double play. Conifdent we can get on back in Arlington though.

Rangers v Brewers could be pretty exciting with all those bats. Anything other than the whiny Cards.

I'm pleased to see the Rangers go through. Awesome series by Nelson but the Tigers hit 14 homers during ALCS but 11 were solo shots. Ouch.

Can't wait for tonight's clash either. Could be an epic.

I'm an Angels fan so only neutral viewing for me - but I'd like to see the Rangers finally win a WS.

Important match tonight - think Texas need to head back to St Louis ahead. Will be tough with Carpenter on such great form.

Good series so far but it needs another thriller. Last night was good but not quite enough drama to make it a classic.

Good comeback win. Thought it was pretty dramatic - the atmosphere when Napoli stepped up in the 8th was brilliant and he went and delivered.

Happy with the rain delay, means I get to watch a possible game seven on Saturday night(off sunday). I'm worried about Busch stadium containing our big bats, I'm going to make a daft prediction. Josh Hamilton will win game six with two homers.

The Cardinals battle back from the brink of defeat in the 9th and then again in the 10th to send the game into the 11th Inning and then they go and Win it.

One of the Best World Series games I can remember. Lots of errors but incredible drama.

Will be very tough for the Rangers to get over this - cannot wait for the decider!
