According to a number of sources on the net, the Undertaker is done.
There may be one final match at next year's Wrestlemania combined with what you can only imagine will be a WWE sendoff like never before. But nothing between now and then and nor should there be when you consider the injuries he's had and those are just the publicised ones.
He's been my favourite ever since I started watching but I'm not unhappy to hear this. I think it's the right time now and I can't wait to see how he goes out.

Whilst not my favourite, it's hard to think of anyone who's been at the top and been so consistent for so long. A true legend of wrestling.
If they do give him one last match at WM, it will be tricky. Obviously, everyone will be expecting him to retire with the streak entact, so it's going to be hard to set up a convincing match. Hell, they struggled this year with Triple H. It will be a real shame if they decide it will be too hard and so have him lie down for someone. I think he deserves to go out a winner. |

Hopefully Vince will let him go out as a winner and keep the streak in tact. The problem is the only person currently on the roster who fans would believe could beat the Undertaker at Wrestlemania is John Cena, and he's tied up next year.
If he does bow out next year at Mania the only concievable way to draw interest would be to bring in a big outside name such as Brock Lesner or Sting...... Which I'm not sure either man would be interested in. |
