My team is well in the tie. There was nothing to be disappointed about unless you were Mr Alex.

I think its clear that in European cup football Premiership teams have the edge over their Italian and Spanish counterparts.
However, I'm still firm in the belief that top-flight English football is dull as dishwater and La Liga matches in particular are ten times more entertaining and technically superior, and thats not even mentioning the far better value for money these leagues offer supporters.
If that makes me a 'placky Spaniard' then so be it, I'd sure as hell rather live in Spain than in this country anyhoo  |
