| That was truly awful.
WWE creative proving once again that they are anything but.

| Matches were mostly predictable but I thought there were some decent contests tbh, Undertaker v Punk stole the show as expected but I actually thought the Lesnar v HHH & Rock v Cena matches were good too

| WWE creative is made up of television writers being told what to write by Steph McMahon. They have no idea on what makes a good wrestling match, which is why the wrestling on the tv shows is normally relegated to little 5 minute sections which tend to be 3 minutes of entrances, 30 seconds of wrestling and 90 seconds of guys walking away from the ring. Followed by 2 hours of backstage nonsense.
That's also why most of the guys in WWE are so dull these days. They don't get time to build up any character because they're told "this is what you are, this is what you say, do not deviate".
The only good thing you could say about the current banality of WWE is that if they ever get the message that Linda McMahon is NOT going to get elected and they can go back to doing edgier programming the change of pace might actually have an impact.

| for the main event at the biggest PPV of the year, i thought rock cena was terrible aside from the reaction rock's entrance brought from the crowd.
it really was crap; 15 minutes of punches followed by 15 minutes of finishers and reversals into finishers.
undertaker punk was good, yes. punk really should be the main eventer in wwe, he is second to none in the ring.

| Have to say I enjoyed Mania but for the main event. Surely one of the worst ever main events.
Raw, however....

| Dreadful Mania bar Taker vs Punk.
7 consecutive Mania's Taker has stole the show. Thankfully judging by Raw he'll be around for a little while longer.
I hope to god we've seen the last of the Rock.
HHH and Lesnar was a snoozefest.
I didn't enjoy a single other match though apparently Raw was terrific last night.

| To be fair, I'm glad the Rock came back. We all were. We'll be even more glad that we won't want him to do any prolonged run again, though I expect to him be on the WM card next year.
Lesnar v HHH was a good story I thought, Taker v Punk was majestic, Punk is fast becoming my all time favourite. I enjoyed the tag titles and Y2J / Fandango matches (despite the botch) too.
Couple of thoughts...
Johnny 'Fandango' Curtis...a star is born. That crowd on Raw will see him become the new Daniel Bryan.
Top of the card on Raw is looking EXTREMELY weak now. Cena v Ryback? FFS!
And finally...
Ziggler needs to be trusted.

| When Ziggler's music dropped on Raw!! One of the best moments in WWE in recent memory. I was so p*ssed off when The ADR watch came and went at Mania. Last night more than made up for it though. Ziggler has the talent and the presence to be so big! I think he will give the WHC back some credibility. Im more interested in that side of things than another Cena-thon anyway.
That was probably the best Raw in a long time too (Orton/Shemus apart). If only all the crowds were like that. Im a massive Fandango fan too. I was thinking "WTF" when they were doing the promo's leading up to his 1st appearance on Smackdown but as soon as he came out you could tell the character has potential. The leg drop is an awesome move too.
IMO, they need to get rid of team Hell No and push Daniel Bryan again. He's too good to be stuck in that story line mid card.
I don't mind Ryback either. They could make him into a pretty good heel IMO. Speaking of which, any other star but Cena and last night would have been considered a heel turn. TBF, any other crowd than last night and I reckon it would have too
Der derr, der der der der derr der de...
The English guys who started that opposite the main camera have just boosted Fandango's progression out of sight

| The roar of the crowd when Ziggler came out was almost like the noise of Y2Js debut, amazing
As for Fandango, he has potential to be huge IMO

| Fandango's theme music has gone from nowhere, to 101st to 60th in the UK charts in the last 12 hours or so
He's 55th on my itunes chart at the moment too. Fandango for the top 40!!!
