| sanjunien, i followed the junior game in Scotland and 2600 in grounds like that is REAL football, not the poncy moneybags crap we see on sky every week. Id love to be there if im honest.
Whats this i hear about INVERNESS? seems the Highlands is the place to be at the moment  |

my good ladys' family is from Buckie & surrounding area (i'm afraid i'm just a mere sassenach !) and it means a lot to the local community and a bit of oneupmanship over the likes of Elgin & Fraserburgh etc a crowd of 2600 is incredible - i'd love to be there too.............

Yes,well done you Jags a good 2 - 1 win over Deveronvale - well deserved too according to the Dev website who were very gracious in defeat

Buckie become champions of britains most northerly league but cannot get any further - the bottom place in Scottish division 3 retain their place as there is no relegaton so Clyde continue to be able to play there next year - strange system ?

I think if a Highland League club wants to apply for SFL status then they can do so but I get the impression that the SFL is a financial black hole until the First Division at the very least. Certainly some big crowds at Junior games and would expect similar at HFL games.
