| FC United secured the North West Counties Football League 1st Division Title last night with a 7-1 win against Atherton LR. Ensures a party atmosphere for the last 3 games, all at home against Salford this Saturday, Trafford next Wednesday and Formby a week on Saturday.
With the reserve league title in the bag too, the Challenge Cup Final on May 3rd could bring about a treble. 
All we need now is for them to announce which way they're splitting the Unibond (sorry, Northern Premier League) Division 1 next season... |

I was under the impression that it was just Weaste's finest that had turned up in the past, though of course I could be wrong.
