RG III is having a 'mare

He got better in the second half but he doesn't seem to be a running threat so far this season which made him dangerous on every play last year.

As for the Bears we've now got an O-line and a top class TE to go with Cutler,Forte and Marshall.It's the best offence we've had since the mid 80's team.

Chargers had another good performance away at the fast paced Eagles. We should be 2-0 now having surrendered a 21 point lead against Houston. All 4 NFC east teams went down which looks the most competitive division this year.

The Super Chargers have surprised me this year. McCoy and Whiz have found some magic formula with Eddie Royal (5 TDs in 2 games?) and so far and the offense looks dangerous. If it wasn’t for the two red zone fumbles yesterday we’d of d*cked them, absolutely d*cked them which we should’ve done in fairness. Rivers looks sharp, but if you give him time in the pocket he’ll pick anyone apart. Massive credit needs to go to Joe D’Alessandris, the new o line coach for working miracles with a bunch of no names (other than Fluker (a rookie) and Hardwick (an old codger)). If the line holds up, we’ll be ok I think. Maybe 8-8 or at a push 9-7. My worry is the defence. On paper the starters are solid, but depth wise we’re gash. We have UDFA’s as our backups at NT and Safety which can’t be good – and it isn’t.

The wheels will come off in Nashville next week no doubt. I expect a close defeat there – probably by a score. Whatever happens, as long as we beat Eli at the Q this year will be considered a success for me.

RG3 looked decent after we were 31 points up and started relaxing and playing prevent defence. Before that he looked horrible against what is a banged up secondary. whether he just needs to get up to speed or whether his knee is still injured is the key question.

defence on the whole has been very impressive the past 2 weeks - hopefully we are back to a top half defence. run defence in particular odds looking good. stop people running on us and Rodgers will beat anybody in a shoot out. hopefully we get another shot at San Fran with a fully fit secondary. I also really want to see us play the Seahawks.

The Browns gave up quick on Trent Richardson.They've traded him to the Colts for next years 1st round pick which is likely to be a late round pick.They look like they're tanking early so they can get Teddy Bridgewater in the draft.

Would have been a great pickup for the Rams, given we have two first rounders for next season and we don't really have a true number 1 back at the moment. Don't think we'd have been able to fit him within the cap though.
