| Quote DAR130="DAR130"NFL's top 100 players countdown has finished with Brady #1 ahead of P Manning and Peterson with Rodgers a lowly #11 behind the top Bears player Peppers
'"
The list was pretty rubbish throughout. Some guys way too high and some way too low.
Rodgers should be the #2 QB. Brady was excellent in the season and Rodgers was unbelievable in the post season while Peyton choked again and Brees had a down year.

| Chad Ochocinco has put on his Facebook that Favre might be coming back for season 21?! This a wind up?

I can't see it TBH but then again this is Brett Favre afterall!
I can't think of a team off of the top of my head that would want/need him as a starter? And we all know Favre would want to start!
Maybe he fancies a shot at trying to beat his own consecutive starts record?

Miami!
Henne is garbage and they can just throw bombs for Marshall 30 times a game and hope it sticks.
+ Favre throwing picks to Revis & McCourty 2 games a season will be funny.

| Brett could easily start on:
Seattle
San Francisco
Arizona
Miami
Buffalo
Titans (for 1 year to bring on Locker)
There are probably a few others too.

| I don't think he could, he's done physically IMO and last year proved it. It was 1 season too many!
The teams you mention need QB's for the future who will be around for 10 years+ not Favre.

I love the fact that AJ Smith hates Eli as much as I do!
Good article though and I think the trade worked out for both teams. We got some good production out of Merriman and Oben, plus Kaeding (who I can't believe was picked so high l, I've seen more bottle in my black bin) and the best pure passer in the NFL today and the Giants of the cry baby and a world title. Just need to bring the Lombardi back to SD now and it would work out nicely.
I've said it before, but I think Rivers and Manning would be totally different QBs if they ended up in the opposite locations but in all reality, that was never going to happen!

Don't get me wrong,he isn't the Favre that we all know but he is still good enough.
Your correct, all those teams I mentioned need a long-term QB to take over but with the lockout those who have drafted QB's (Titans- Locker) aren't going to have any time to prepare him to start straight away and it could do more damage than good to throw him to the lions (not Detroit!). Likewise those who have no QB aren't going to lose anything by taking a year on Favre, he'll hardly need alot of training to pick up the playbook, when there are no franchise QB's available on the free agent market. The only decent, yet still unproven QB, available is Kolb and the Eagles want way too much.

It won't be the Titans as we should have Kerry Collins there next season but it would be nice in a way.
