Take the 50/1 Portal's toy with sky, tote and Hills in the 15:15 Auteuil - it's a long long long long long way off being a 50/1 chance, more like an 8's or 10's shot and trading a load shorter on the PMU

For those of you with long memories, I tend to visit this site when there is real value in backing a horse.
Well, given my previous success with 25/1 shots, here is my first for 2011:
Ryan Style, Newmarket 9.10pm - presently 25/1 with Ladbrokes. I've been following this horse for 2 months now and it has been withdrawn seven times due to unsuitable ground. Ladbrokes believe the ground is Good but its actually on the firm side of Good-Firm, something that the trainer has craved for weeks on end. The only real danger is Catfish. Alas, I am at work and unable to compare the odds elsewhere at oddschecker but here is the link - www.oddschecker.com/horse-racing ... rket/21:10
I'd go £25 each way.

PS: There is no rain forecastt either so i expect SP to be 11/1 to 12/1 |

Looks a competitive race to me, could go to a few Lucky Art, Taurus Twins, Catfish and then Ryan Style. Might have a look again at that race later but I'm steering clear at the minute.
One I like is Starlight Walk (7:35 Newmarket), Gets a rating of 73 tonight which I think is low considering the horse that beat her by a neck at Goodwood is now rated 82 after just one more run. She also finish half a length behind the 83 rated No Heretic lto and I think she should be good enough to take this - boosted by Ryan Moore on top who can hopefully give her a good ride. |
