Downloaded a data update and started a new game as Bradford.

Unfortunately it means the squad doesn't have any of the 7 players released at the end of the season or most of the signings made since then!

Scrabbled around a bit to get a squad together, opened the season with a 1-0 win at Stevenage and its Shorpe next up in the League Cup.

Is it just me who gets the final 1/3 of the season injury crisis?

Seems to happen to me like clockwork. The season is going along fine. Doing well in the league and cups and suddenly half the squad goes down with the lurgy or they get the red mist and get suspensions. And the season falls apart

No I get it as well. The closer I get to winning a league the more injuries I suddenly get.

Had that many times! Either that, or all through the season certain key players keep picking up suspensions or getting injuries for a few weeks at a time.

In my Real Madrid game, Barcelona ended up with about 7 first time regulars injured at one point, even had to put a few kids in the first team, but the fixture list balanced it out and I got no benefit out of it.

All going well on the Bradford game - got to Christmas of my first year comfortably second in League Two (six point gap to fourth place), into the 3rd round of the FA Cup (Brentford at home) and with a decent amount of depth in the squad thanks to loans and frees.

Course it helps that I've managed to get Man Utd as my parent club, hence a nice supply of loan players.

Just started a new season with Manchester United, i've just the board we're going to win the league so they've given me 74 million to spend.

Well Season about to start vs Chelsea in the community shield.

Finished 2nd in the league 8 points behind Liverpool. Went 2 points clear at the top with 4 games to go and managed to balls it up big style. Lost in the FA Cup semi to West Ham
