| What do people expect the attendance figure to be like? 37K capacity, I doubt we'll get anywhere near that.
Anyone know allocation for Wigan and how many do people think we'll actually take?
Ticket prices are a bit steep in my opinion, considering currant climate.
However, it is still value for money as 3 games on same day and weather looks to be decent. Maybe some neutrals will attend too.

| Reports say somewhere around 20k but the problem with these double/triple headers is many of them won't be in the stadium at the same time.

| Apparently Hull KR have sold the most and overall they’re short of the intended target of 20k.

i'm sure i'm not alone in thinking that a target of 20k is a poor target. I know they may have based it on recent semi-finals, but if thats the case hold it at a ground that hold 25k and at least it will look full
if you are using a ground like Elland Rd, then surely the target should be to sell it out
i cant believe how low some of the aims of the RFL have fallen over the last 20 years or so.. Same with internationals, we have gone from Wembley / Old Trafford / Elland Rd to being chuffed at 20-25k at Hull, Hudds, Wigan etc

I think the sport can only pray that they get through to the final. It will be a commercial disaster if Hudds get through.

| Elland Road is a terrible choice if their target was only 20K, would at best look half full, Wonder if it's changed since the NZ match I last went to there?

You could mean the one in 1985 and I doubt it’s changed much.

true, I remember watching us V York there in 1984, vs Hull Kr in 85, and when Hunslet used it as their home ground. Saw Steve Hampson do his Lurpak impression to get sent off after 2 minutes,
Was the place I first saw Wigan win a major comp with the John Player in 1983 so it does hold good memories for me and Wigan. I don't recall seeing us lose there?

| The target has maybe changed after initial up take? I’m still tempted to go if the missus doesn’t arrange anything this weekend. Another faux pas from the RFL is booking the Challenge Cup Final on the same day as the Champions League final, that’s 100% going to hit the attendance. With the current state of English football and Liverpool and City in particular there was always a good chance at least one would make the final which will affect attendances from Wigan and more particularly St Helens.

I'd settle for the same score as the final that year
