It always seemed to mean a lot more to the Yorkshire players than the Lancashire ones. Maybe the whole Greater Manchester/Merseyside creation and whether people in the likes of Wigan, St Helens etc even see themselves as being from Lancashire diluted it somewhat.

Saints are holding out until the last minute to declare him unfit for Sunday's match. After our injury experiences this season England can go whistle when it comes to our best player.

It shouldn't happen though. Anyone who pulls out of an International game should not be allowed to play for their club team at the weekend.

I'm not just saying it because it's Roby I mentioned it on the Saints site (or Red Vee) a while ago.

Firstly, I don't think he should play given the statement.

Secondly, he was not pulled out, the England team looked at him and dropped him.

Either way Moore is fine as cover against the Bulls. No need to play him.
