E-Ticketing was taken off earlier to allow Ticketmaster to have a look in to the problems, not sure why it's reverted back to the old style so will check to see if we're good to go back to the interactive plan.

Sales have slowed down a lot today, to be fair. Would still expect a decent walk-up though.

Annoys the pluck out of me this, anybody with half a brain could see from previous seasons that the 1st round playoffs have crap attendances yet somebody somewhere seems to believe that by putting the tickets up at normal prices well still get the same amount of fans attending. Nutbags the lot of `em!!!

£9 not full price cheap enough

£9 for ST holder concessions in the East? mine was £14.

What about the 8K non ST holders that turned up last week, they will be paying £16-19.

ST holders should have been rewarded yes! Max £10 (£6) anystand for non ST holders with a £2 discount for ST holders and I would have thought the crowd would be approaching 18-19K instead of scrapping around the 10k barrier. Simples!!

BTW the new e-ticketing site powered by ticketmaster is a huge pile of dog pooh!!

And that's how much they paid last week, so it shouldn't put them off for a play-off game, surely? I'm a season ticket holder at Leyth but still had to pay £14 for our play-off with Sheffield - would have been £16 if I was in the West Stand rather than the terrace!


It's just reverted to the old system before the interactive plan was developed while the recent problems are being looked in to - it automatically selects the 'best' seats for the East & West and obviously doesn't matter which seat is selected in the South.

How many SCRUM tickets were used last week, to an extent I agree with you buy the REALITY is that fans WILL be put off by paying full price especially ST holders that pay up front at the beginning of the year and dont pay a penny since. I bet the take up of ST holders (mostly kids in the south stand were their ST work out @ £1 a game) is less than 66%.

Around 900 tickets against Bradford were on the Scrum offer. Again, the junior prices are par for the course but the early play-off rounds are almost Challenge Cup-esque in being below average crowds, and I'm not entirely sure that cost is the only factor in that.

I don't think cost is the only factor tbh, more the daft format of the play offs which means it's possible and imo likely that we'll be back for exactly the same game in two weeks time. However if the cost was halved, essentially making it two for one, then I'm sure the take up would be greater.

there now seems to be no Student tickets though to accompany Adults, Childrens and OAP's....

Think i may just pay on the gate at this rate (hoping the SS doesn't fill up too quickly if i do)
