About the game today, Sean O'Loughlin was immense for you guys today, I know it was 70-0, but what a player.

Giants v London in a semi would have had nowhere near 6,274 on.


For us it's disappointing. For Huddersfield it's standard.

Not really surprising, is it? If it had been against a side with any kind of fan base it would have been the obligatory 10k +

People can call it all they want and yes, it was a game that was close by to our town but that will be the biggest following any team takes to one of this years semi final's and that's shocking.

You need to have a quick look at your signature pal, If Huddersfield had of had that much success in the last few years we would have filled the stadium on our own, don't think we do bad for a team that hasn't won nowt for over 60 years!!!

Like I say crowds only seem to be a problem in RL if Huddersfield are involved.

You want to walk before you can run. How about trying to fill a stand (away from your home town) before you state you will fill a stadium.

Stop clutching at straws lads. The last comparable semi final (no away fans) of Leeds vs Toulouse pulled in over 10k.

Embarrassing from the Wigan fans that didn't turn up today, no doubt they will be in the queue for wembley tickets tomorrow.

To be honest, I went today and I didn't really enjoy it. I thought our fans that turned up were great it's a much better atmosphere with all the die hards than all the glory hunters but the game as a spectacle was embarrassing for rugby league.

I was in the east stand and thought the atmosphere was flat.
There didn't seem the be any banter or edge.

I did'nt go today because i was working.i went to hull away and the wigan following was'nt briilliant ,but for one moment i did not think about posting a thread about attendances because it did not enter my head about negative threads about irrelavent nonsense

That was because those in the East and West Stands did not sing and shout like those in the North Stand.

Great atmosphere there!

6k will be more than either hull or dire take today.

No one should be complaining about the crowd , credit to the supporters who wasted their money , it was a non event from the moment the draw was made and Flying Prop you have won Dick of the week , congratulations

It has to be kept in perspective. 6K for an additional game outside of the season tickets, is still about what Huddersfield pull in for an average league game with all the season tickets.

Glass houses tend to spring to mind.
