| Quote: Chris McKean "Fair enough if that's your opinion. Would you mind explaining yourself though
They have the edge on the interchange, mainly due to Crabtree, and I haven't listed them below but I think our starting options more than cover that
Adrian Morley - 8 - Keith Mason
Michael Monaghan - 9 - Scott Moore
Gareth Carvell - 10 - Darrell Griffin
Louis Anderson - 11 - Stephen Wild
Ben Harrison - 12 - Liam Fulton
Ben Westwood - 13 - David Faiumu'"
The packs are very close like I said, I suppose when comparing the starting individuals they are nearly even, you've got the edge in Morley, Harrison and Westwood but the Giant's take the others, and like you say the Giants bench in just that little bit stronger. One of the reasons in which I don't think you'll get on top of them like you did us is due to the style the giants play, against us Morley and Carvell ran it in hard finding there feet quickly with Monaghan using the quick ball to exploit the unset markers and defensive line, however against the Giants they'll slow you down a lot, not allowing Morley and Carvell to get those quick play off the balls that Monaghan exploited so well against Wigan.

| Quote: manco "So you believed that there was a chance that Fielden and the bouncy castle in the skull-cap would dominate Morley and Carvell???????? Better for us if you do back Hudds you sad deluded man!
I toyed with the Idea of not responding to your childish post, but in the end I had to as I couldn't bare the thought of letting someone who is obviously suffering mild retardation having the last word. I say mild as your obviously able to work out how to use a keyboard but not really much else, and who knows you may prove not to be retarded at all just very very thick. Yes there was a chance that Fielden and the bouncy castle as you put it had a chance of getting on top of the wire pack, it may have been a very slim chance but it was there. As for being sad no not a chance, as for you being sad yes there's a very high chance of that.

2 of the top 4 forward packs.

If Wiganers decide to support a Yorkshire team that's up to them, but don't give us the old 'it's because Wire are arrogant' routine. The only arrogance is yours not being able to accept that you don't have a God-given right to win a trophy every year.'"
In all honesty, i dont personally care who wins the final.
Sort Of Cheshire v Yawkshurr? Makes no difference to me [size[i(even though i do live in the pretty part of Cheshire these days!)[/i[/size
It aint us And it aint Saints - So it matters not one bit!

| Quote: ROBINSON "Yes, to rugby league fans. But AS I SAID IN THE OP, what about the general public?
Or don't you care?'"
Why would anyone in the general public, i.e. not rugby league fans, care if Wigan and Saints are not there? Your question is a little mundane and pointless and tbh very disrespectful, why can't some fans from the so called "big four" not understand that this fixture demonstrates that rugby league may be becoming more competitive in this country, which can only be good for the game and it's profile

As a fan of Rugby League in general - Its difficult to argue your point 'cos you're dead right.
As a hard-hearted Wigan fan though - Losing to Dire in the Semi still sucks!

| In the old days the rest of the country would have been much more interested in, and watched the final than nowadays. Lets face it, there wasnt much choice. It was either the CC Final or wrestling on ITV.
On 29th August i bet more people will be watching the football scores on SSN than the final. Their loss i suppose, but thats the way it is.
In all honesty i'd rather watch the football scores coming through than the Heineken Cp Final, but i bet when i was a lad, i'd have watched the RU Final as there was nowt else on.
