Yes history has a way of repeating itself sometimes I hear what your saying but with this in mind can I also point out what happened when the last 3 Challenge cup sequence occurred 1984-85 season Wigan Won then in 86 it was the turn of Castleford then i think we all know what happened in 88 through to 95 yes you guessed it and hence the username 8 WEMBLEY WONDERS!!! 2011 Was Wigan 2012 Warrington and of course last year was Wigan again 2014 TO 2020 all Wigan again surely not??? Would you back against them with this new breed of superstars coming through???

| In the dug out after the Cas win this year he was using all types of industrial language, mainly about us being a little town and a little team.
This bloke really does have a genuine dislike to Cas or just smaller teams. It's not something I'm used to hearing from a Wigan coach they Usually have a bit of class . Bit of a arragant thug for me.

Yes I had heard about this, yet we haven't reported "disrespect" in the press.
Beginning to think this is a P.R ploy to bump up the ticket sales.

That's strange. Wane was sat just behind Bilko who does the Wish FM commentary in the stand, he wasn't in the dugout.

| Also remember Cas player James Clare tweeting, he was happy with the draw immediately afterwards. He then stated Wigan are beatable, and an all Yorkshire final?
Should be fun and games come Saturday!

| Quote duke street 10="duke street 10"Wasn't anybody linked to the playing squad that's for sure.
For an ex prop forward he gets a little over sensitive sometimes, can't imagine how he'd get on if he got to be coach of the National team and the Aussie press got stuck into him
See you Saturday!
'"
Being oversensitive is a requirement for being a prop along with taking offense at the oppositions hair and not liking the way somebody looked at your pint.

| Our biggest defeat in Powell's tenure is 16 points, our biggest defeat this year is 8 points. James Clare is right, Wigan are beatable. I genuinely think the next 2 games will end 1-1. I have no idea who will win which but this game I hope is a better because the draw overall is pretty poor and this is the only game which could light up the challenge cup.

| Quote 8 Wembley Wonders="8 Wembley Wonders"There's nothing wrong with having confidence in your own team my score prediction is based on the fact [size=150Wigan never fail to turn up for a big game[/size. A lot of Cas fans are spouting about them being the form team, this is true but my opinion that we will run away with this game is also based on the fact that St Helens were the form team up until April when they faced Wigan. We ran them into the ground and we have some of our regular star names back in the frame for this game so i stand by my judgement and if im wrong im big enough to eat my humble pie but i wont be rushing out to buy any ingredients that for sure

To be fair, Railway they actually put in a creditable display in the WCC. They were playing against OZ's finest, and believe me the Roosters are top notch, full of world class players. Furthermore it was for once in Roosters own back yard and also with a team suffering from injuries, with some untried youngsters and having to be rebuilt. Yes I know they looked like getting blown away in the first half, but the way they then dug in, refused to buckle and actually came back at the Roosters was actually very creditable. In fact the Roosters were rocking in the second stanza at one stage and it was only two latish tries, (one which was lucky) that finally saw them home. To be honest I was impressed with Wigans resolve and although I cannot remember the final score (I think it was 36-18) it certainly was not too bad, given the circumstances.
