the A and B samples are taken at the same time, the B sample is frozen so that if the A sample tests positive a secondary sample FROM THE SAME TIME can verify the positive test.

Then again it is the RFL, so maybe a two week warning to the players to do the following
c) thank the RFL for their strict and prompt testing service, whilst at the same time saying you have personally been insulted by the "mistaken" A sample.
