Nothing to do with how you stood at Central Park!'"
And where would you put this new stadium that you are on about?,as long as we have a nice ground to play in i couldn't care less

No monies from the stadium were ever paid to the football club they all went to the holdings company which was basically Whelco DW's family business.'"
According to company house it was owned by Wigan football company and they in tern were mainly owned by the holding company, so yeah it would have gone into their coffers

It didn't, and that comes from being in meetings with the chief exec discussing multiple facets of the club and how it was/is run.

Losing a tenant would be a risk to any business in the same way it would be to someone who rents out a house. If Wigan rugby were to move out then the stadium would lose income. If it didn't make it back from additional weddings or party nights then it could be in trouble yes. Nowhere does it say Latics can't survive.

Thats your opinion, which in my opinion means nothing. Nowhere does it say they could survive either.
Move along

A bit of rain never hurt anyone and Leeds aren't allowed to put a roof on the away end because of the housing situated behind

That was the situation, but Leeds now have plans to develop that end over the next few years. Will make it the best ground in the comp that.

That is an option for sure. The public footpath behind is also an issue but as i just posted it is something i am told they are looking to resolve.

Will that involve the removal of the houses behind the Western Terrace as what I have been told by a Leeds supporter, that is the problem of why a covered stand has never been built.

In an age when the country is short of housing, i dont think its a good idea to buy houses and knock them down just so a rugby club can stick a roof on a stand.
