They tied McMeekan to a new deal. It doesn't look madly accurate as it's got Laithwaite at Wire when he's playing for Toronto and it's got Leuluai out of contract with us.
If the rest is accurate though three props I think the club could do a job with and improve are Bousquet, George Griffin and Alex Gerrard.
All three are raw but they've got talent and loads of improvement in them. It'll be players of that mould who we'll sign if anybody imo. |

Aye, they fit the profile of player we tend to go for. There's a few interesting names out of contract in the NRL too. Wouldn't mind us going for someone like Albert Vete from the Warriors, similar player to Sene-Lefao who's been great for Cas. |

I was thinking about Vete and Charlie Gubb a while back, but must admit, I've cooled on those two a bit lately. Agree that Sene-Lefao has been a good signing for Cas. And even more so, Junior Moors.

Our overseas recruitment has been poor to say the least. I don't even need a Castleford finger count for the amount of overseas signings that have been good in the last 10 years - Hoffman, Carmont, Barrett, Bowen (ish), Gelling (ish).

Green? Or do you mean players signed directly from Aus? I'd add Finch to that list as well thought he was class the short time he was here. |

Don't think that matters too much, Sene-Lefao played only 6 games last year for Cronulla. And if they're out of favour with the Warriors there's more chance they'll come over. |
