Quote: 21-12 "My point is, that we have 10k Season ticket holders, but 3k tickets, meaning that 7,000 wont get tickets i appreciate that some people cant make it or dont want to go but im willing to bet that more than 3k Wiganers want to go to Saints away. So, in my opinion, that 10,000 should be filtered down so that the 3k people that DO get tickets are the people that went to the most away games last season, using a loyalty system. I cant really see a reason that that particular system isn't fair, its the fairest way to do it.
My statement is wrong, IN YOUR OPINION.'"

1st thing I will ask is "Why have those 7k who won't get tickets not bought any of the tickets that have been and currently are on sale?"
Could that be that they don't want to go and haven't tried? Stop quoting 10k ST holder because it doesn't matter, for Every game we've got there will always be more ST holders at Wigan than what the away club gives us.
How would any Loyalty system change that?
Your mistaking the issue here in that more than 3k "May" want to go and we do have 10k ST holders
BUT
Those 10k ST holders have all had a chance to buy tickets and Less than 3k actually bought them Without a Loyalty system in place!!! How would the loyalty system have helped with these particular tickets?
PLUS at what point in your Loyalty scheme does it make the Away team give us more tickets if they don't want to?
Saints have give us 3k, every ST holder has had the chance to buy one and any non-ST holder has had the chance to get one from Saints.
Whether they should have been allowed to put them on general sale at Saints before giving Wigan ST holders a chance to buy them is another issue.
Having any Loyalty system in place will not change the FACT that Saints will give us what they want to and in this instance Demand "may" outeigh supply but not to the extent that it has affected anyone that would benefit from the loyalty system you would put in place.
Not to mention you've ignored leyther matt's insight onto the situation i.e it would be a logistical problem for the club to run which in turn could have major detrimental knock on effect for future attendance to games and cost to the club.
if you feel so strongly about the situation I would suggest that you write a letter with your suggestion and send it to the club?
I for one would "Love" to see any response you get to that.
PS
You said you could name me 1 occasion were supply of tickets for ST holders was not enough and you named this game.
Well your wrong, there are still Tickets left, that's not an opinion That's Fact.
Even if they do sell out in next couple of days any ST holder will have had over a week to get one and I would suggest they've had more than enough time to get one and could still get one from Saints if they wanted.
