I have Mates that are Wigan Fans and Wires away is the game they look forward to most they drink with us in our local walk to the game with us walk back, drink in our local again, go home.....no bother....

over the years I have worked with and known Many passionate , casual and bandwagon wigan fans and I have to say I have never met a nob head wigan fan ..... but You are on some crusade to turn every wigan fan into a person that should be legally bound to call a Wire Fan Scum and for that You should be banned from RL fans and every single post of bull$hit you post should be chucked in the bin.......

Here we go again. So many posts in this thread reminding me of football, I think some fans from both sides would be better off and more at home there.

It's bang out of order trying to say that Warrington fans are scum (as a generic catch-all for their fanbase)

I do however agree that the games i've seen the most agro at over the past 30 odd years are Warrington ones - but I suspect thats more a case of your minority being particularly noticeable, not that you have a larger element than anybody else

the things that was out of order were the hundred or so 'fans' who once the conga was broken up came running from tother side of the stand to get involved. numerous people seemed to be getting involved in something that wasnt their business.

these stewards are paid a basic wage to do a basic job - keep people safe.

the lads in fancy dress near the screen who went over to the steward finger wagging epitomised what i said above. think the vast majority of us wouldnt tolerate anyone finger wagging and shouting the odds close up like that. these setwards arent paid enough to tolerate that e.

grow up lads and blokes.

I don't think its fair to call all wire fans "scum" after an isolated incident with a number of fans... I think a lot of the issues with warrington are isolated idiots... the problem which I have is that a lot of fans who wern't involved were cheering and calling the stewards and in my opinion goading further problems. As a wigan fan if I saw an incident like that I would be the first to be ashamed of my fellow fans... not agree and make things worse... The day actions like these are approved by their fellow mases is the day that many fans decide to turn their back on this game we love so much...

We are a family sport and this violence is not acceptable in any form...

never kicked off at a game, never gave a steward any grief.
have been ruffed up by a steward at Wakey though but i am a man of extreme patience and restraint. Unfortunately some people are not the same as me.
