| Tenner is spot on for ST holders.
Mind you, reading this forum is the first I've seen of it.

No, for both. We're season tocket holders - tenner for me, a fiver for my husband (over 60).

They have probably chosen reserved seating in case most ST holders attending want to sit in their usual seat. I was asked when buying tickets whether I wanted our usual seats. We are sitting where we always do (so my little nephew gets an unrestricted view) and many others may want to do the same. For example if they have a reserved seat low in the stand as they can't manage to walk up many steps.
I doubt the stands will be full so people can easily move around to empty seats once the game starts.

Yeh that's what I was meaning really, there are going to be that many free seats on both sides. Having reserved seats just means that groups of mates have to buy all their tickets together as opposed to them all just buying their own. Like you say it won't matter really as people will just move. I thought they'd have arranged it in the same way as the Lockers testimonial game, which had the same 2 stands closed as will be on Sunday but was unreserved. (and I'd expect a similar sized crowd tbh).

| Good that they are reduced price but I would still prefer to be behind the sticks rather than in the East Stand.

| A bit strange that it is reserved seating when they have closed the South Stand. Meaning South Stand season ticket holders, if they want to pre-buy, are likely to have poor seats and have to buy in groups instead of just getting their tickets whenever.

Considering that the East and West stands both have about 7500 seats in them and the likely level of attendance for the tie I doubt anyone will have trouble either sitting with their usual group or be stuck with poor seats (for whatever reason they would consider them poor). Neither stand is likely to be more than half full even if most people opt for tickets in the East stand (for example). People will easily be able to move around to find empty seats that suit them regardless of when they bought them or the seat number printed on their ticket.
The South stand is always unreserved seating anyway so there is no real difference for the South stand STHs. Whereas making the two stands unreserved would deny the STHs in those stands the option to take their usual seat. As I suggested in my earlier post some may want to have their usual seat for reasons such as mobility or for small children (one reason some STHs with children won't sit in the unreserved South stand each week is to get a guaranteed clear view for the kids).

What if your kids season ticket seat in the East is behind a 7 foot 2 brick house? At least with a South ST you would be able to get up and move. Not that their are any "restricted" views as such in the DW.
