Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good

| I find it funny when people ignore his performances this season and just say “state of origin” as though that automatically means he still has the ability to be class in SL....and at least 50 percent of the people saying his been class since 2003 have not seen him play in the NRL bar highlights.
Saying that his an ex SOO origin forward who played in the NRL for years so i am sure he will be a great short term signing for Wigan.  |

You are missing the point.
What the more reasoned of us are saying is that it is a good short term signing in a position where we have been two players down ALL year.

Nobody is saying he'll be class, lots of people are saying it's always good to have an extra experienced body in the squad, especially at prop.
It really is a no-brainer.

so do you really not think that coming to a new country, playing in an underperforming team with a useless coaching set up isnt a good enough reason to suggest why he's not been playing well?? |

It's not rumours - Leeds are all over the show this year, due to the fact their coach is utterly inept.
No-one is questioning how well Mossop has played this year, for instance. Put him in a Leeds shirt, and training under McDermott all year and he'd not be receiving the same praise. |

Like Odem, I didnt see the need when Prescott was fit too but now hes injured too and Fielden has apparently had a setback I can see the need for him. It doesnt help the guy that his time at Leeds has made him look average at best but a SoO player tends to have something about him so we shall see.
