Anyway, Egg chasing is right, NK is right and nearly every poster whos posted about Saints indiscipline has been right for the last 2 years, as well as being right in their "Saints first" insular attitude for the last few years.

I didn't concentrate on a small section of posters, I focused on a large % of them on redvee, FB, twitter, here who defend them despite the most obvious information in front of them.

With all due respect Stu, I went on RedVee to see what was being said and left laughing at the way Smithies was dragged into it....again! I've been saying this for some time now (see our last disagreement on the Cooper thread for example) and again, in all fairness, you are as guilty as anyone in trying to defend Saints indiscretions. The Lees "lazy arm" was the latest. Sure you're taking a pop at Knowles now, along with a few of the better posters, but it's more in a "he needs to learn because his actions aren't helping Saints" manner rather than condemning him for being an out and out thug.

And, as I've said previously, you are one of the more reasonable Saints posters. Some of the dregs on there are trying to blame anyone and anything rather than the players themselves. Jukesy has a right to point it out because it's there in black and white...or should that be Redvee and white.

I dont think I've ever seen saints as a club or indeed a player at the mighty saints ever try to break the rules. It's a disgrace what the rfl are doing to them.

Lees deserved his ban and Knowles was idiotic and deserves his too.

I do still think the Sironen one was mad though and you tackles like that in every game not get in any trouble. It was the definition of a committed tackle with a player taking the ball to the line. Those are the ones that leave me scratching my head, not the Lees and Knowles ones.

Willie Isa's last ban was the most baffling recently. Possibly the best tackle I've seen since Leuluai on Fa'asavalu. The disciplinary notes said he released contact right at the end of the tackle. If that's the case...and I'm not convinced it was... the player was inches from the ground. I'm sure a grown man can survive a free fall of a couple of inches!
