The spark to this argument was the rather ridiculous assertion - made initially by Slaphead and now by Peacock - that McGuire's illegal act wasn't illegal at all and that McGuire is somehow the victim.

To try and make the big story in this the fact that two frustrated Wigan players called McGuire a cheating little get is a schoolyard tactic that has fooled no-one. To then try and justify what McGuire did with a nonsensical lie that he only grabbed Carmont to try and balance himself suggests that you guys must think the rest of us have as much between our ears as Peacock does.

Awesome. In that case - if/when one of the Wigan players hit a leeds half back with a blatantly high swinging arm to the head, you won't come on here and complain or demand that he should have been sent off. After all, it will just be a quality tackle by a quality player who is a member of the most successful RL team of all time.
